Filling Orders

The shop may take 5-10 business days to fulfill orders from the date they are placed. Exceptions may apply for larger orders which may take more time to complete.

Free Shipping Minimums

  • Free shipping within Alberta, Canada
  • Minimum $35 CAD within North America
  • Minimum $75 CAD International

Shipping

In order to deliver the lowest possible costs on products, all orders are sent via Canada Post and postal rates. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. On average, snail mail shipping times will be:

  • Canada: 4-7 business days
  • United States: 5-14 business days

Please ensure you select the appropriate shipping method. Shipping will be charged as per Canada Post rates and all delivery options can be found on the Checkout page.

Items marked as “shipped” but get lost in the mail are not the responsibility of the shop. If your shipping does not have tracking, please be patient as sometimes packages are delayed. Please ensure the address in your profile is also correct as we export this information directly from the order and do not make alterations. All options for upgraded or expedited shipping can be found on the Checkout page and prices posted are per Canada Post rates.

If you live in Edmonton, Alberta – curbside pickup is available upon request. Please indicate in this in the Order Notes during checkout.

Order Changes

Cancellations

Cancellations may be permitted as long as the order has not been fulfilled. If an order has been fulfilled but not shipped, a restocking and processing fee may apply.

Returns and Exchanges

All of the products are carefully checked and packaged to ensure a safe travel to their destination. Returns or exchanges are not permitted, however, in the rare event that the product is damaged, please contact us to submit photos of the product(s) and all original packaging. We will come to a resolution. Some specialty products may unravel during shipment, however, if the product itself is not damaged, and if the product is still in usable condition, it will not be considered damaged. All items marked as Exclusive or Sale are considered final.
